Damon Thurman, the proud owner of Thurman Insurance Group, is a Louisville, KY native who has always had a passion for excellence. His drive to succeed was instilled in him during his formative years at Trinity High School, where he was a valued member of the school's 2012 basketball state championship team during his senior year.

Damon went on to attend the University of Kentucky, where he honed his business acumen and developed a deep understanding of the insurance industry. Armed with this knowledge and his natural business savvy, Damon founded Thurman Insurance Group with the goal of providing top-quality insurance solutions to individuals and businesses across the country.

As a devoted family man, Damon is married to his loving wife Shelby Thurman, and they are blessed with two children, August Thurman and Boston Thurman. He takes great pride in serving his community and providing exceptional service to his clients, whom he considers part of the Thurman Insurance Group family.
